Anti-fraud policies and culture

All not for profit organisations need anti-fraud policies, but let's be honest they are not the most engaging documents to write or keep up to date. Lets us do it for you and for a small subscription we will review them each year, ensuring that legislative and best practice changes are incorporated keeping your anti-fraud policies current and fit for purpose.

Anti-fraud awareness

We have extensive experience in delivering anti-fraud training to trustees, councillors, mangement at all levels and front line staff, contact us to find out more.

In addition and to boost fraud awareness we can provide you with a quarterly newsletter reporting the fraud risks facing your sector alongside news stories and comment.

Support Line

We pride ourselves on understanding your anti-fraud needs and want you to talk to us if you require information about current fraud schemes, fraud risks or if believe you may have become the victim of a fraud, we can talk to you about your options. There are times when you don't need a critical friend, you need a friend.

Anti-fraud reviews and identifying fraud risks

Sometimes you know that there may be risks in certain areas of your operation, we can help review these area with a "fraud-eye view" making recommendations about how you might make controls more effective, but remain proportionate. At other times you might be unsure about the fraud risks your organisation faces, we can help you identifying those risks through workshops, meetings and our knowledge of the sector.

Investigation support

Unfortunately, fraud happens, we can help support you during the investigation process and advise you in all areas including criminal investigations, fact finding enquiries and managing communications.
